Two years ago an innovative idea for teaching kids about green living began to take place in the mind of April Brewster Smythe. A long time freelance writer, she had written on a variety of subjects.
In early 2008, the Green ABC's were born and were formed in a variety of ways. In the fall of 2009, the Northeast Indiana Innovation Center began to take notice of the concept and soon a line of green learning products for kids will be offered throughout the United States. The Green ABC's will be created using earth-friendly materials, shipped utilizing the greenest shipping methods, and packaged in materials recycled with post consumer waste. How great is that?
There is much more on the horizon, and we will soon be rolling out this most innovative of green learning products for kids!
